We build programs together with the individual to better support and fulfill each person, we also offer opportunities that individuals may not already be aware of or considered. we are constantly researching new ideas and possibilities. Our staff contribute a diverse range of knowledge and experiences. We also work alongside different providers to help maximise an individual lifestyle while also keeping in line with our privacy and confidentiality legislation and policy’s.

Role Overview:

Responsibilities include:
– Providing daily care, which may involve personal assistance and aiding with household tasks.
– Facilitating community access and transportation.
– Ensuring the maintenance and monitoring of individualized care plans.
– Documenting and maintaining shift notes.
– Availability for various shift lengths, spanning mornings, days, afternoons, evenings, nights, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.

Skills and Qualifications:
– Preferred experience as a Support Worker.
– Flexibility in availability throughout the week.

Important to have

  • A current Australian driver’s licence 
  • A current senior first aid certificate 
  • Screens clearance to work with children and vulnerable people. 
  • Person cantered approach 
  • Culturally diverse or willing to understand and learn new cultures. 
  • A clear understanding of disability and human rights.
