At N and D support services we respect and believe that every individual has the right to live in a safe and secure environment that an individual can add to and call their own. We encourage everyone to add their own touches to create more of a homely environment. We are highly committed to providing accommodation/tenancy services, that enables the individual to achieve their goal and to then build on existing skills. 

Our tenancy services are tailored to each individual, their support networks and any other relevant stakeholders. To ensure that our services meet the individuals needs and support them to live an independent lifestyle.  

• ASSISTING INDIVIDUALS TO FIND SUITABLE ACCOMMODATION; we work with the individuals and stake holders to identify their housing needs. We then work together with the individual to come with a list of options that best suit their needs. This may include private rentals, shared accommodation, or supported accommodation. 
• ASSISTING INDIVIDUALS TO SECURE ACCOMMODATION; when the perfect accommodation is identified, we assist the individual with the application process, ensure the individual meets all guide lines required or assist with meeting these guidelines, we then assist with all relevant references and documentation/applications with the individual. We also help navigate the internet with the individual. 
• ASSISTING INDIVDUALS TO MAINTAIN THE ACCOMMODATION; we work with the individual to maintain the garden space and help with creating a food source directly from their garden. We assist with basic cleaning and financial management of their accommodation. We also assist with any other incidental problem solving that may come up with maintaining the accommodation. 
• ASSISTING INDIVIDUAL WITH THE TRANSITHION TO THERE NEW ACCOMMADATION; when it is time to move, we will support every individual throughout the moving process, packing and unpacking, we also help with the first shopping experience and budgeting, after identifying their shopping needs. This process is especially useful for those who are first time on their own without family support.   
• PROVIDING SUPPORT TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS FACING THE HOUSING CRISIS; where individuals are experiencing housing crisis, we provide support to help the individual find a safe place to live as soon as possible.
